Refund Policy
We value customer satisfaction and work professionally to deliver the agreed services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Payments made for completed work, delivered services, domain registrations, hosting services, software licenses, and third-party services are non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be considered if the project has not been started or if we are unable to provide the agreed service.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed after deducting applicable service charges, taxes, and work completed costs.

Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:

- SSL Certificates
- Digital Marketing & Advertisement Spend
- Custom Software Development after project approval
- Website Design & Development after work initiation
- Third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or licenses purchased on behalf of clients
Project Delay & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing all required information, content, approvals, and materials necessary for project completion.
Delays caused due to lack of communication, delayed approvals, or incomplete information from the client side shall not be considered grounds for refunds.
Modification of Services
PROVISIONING TECH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are requested to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
False or improper chargebacks may result in suspension of ongoing or future services.
